With two 5K race nights to choose from you can experience the magic of Supernova Kelpies as the stunning sculptures glow against the night sky. Set in the heart of Helix Park in Falkirk, Scotland, this unique event takes place beside Baron and Duke—the towering 30-metre-high horse-head sculptures known as The Kelpies.
Get ready to shine at the Kelpies 5K! As dusk falls, pull on your brightest fluorescent gear, grab your glowsticks, and light up the course as you run to raise funds for MND research at the Euan MacDonald Centre. This unforgettable run combines an iconic setting with a vibrant, festival-like atmosphere.
Perfect for all ages and abilities, Supernova Kelpies offers a fun, timed 5K to enjoy with family and friends. The route begins and ends within Helix Park, giving participants the rare chance to run alongside the illuminated Kelpie sculptures as they shift colours in the evening light—creating a breathtaking experience for runners and spectators alike.
